We’re planning to hold a new series of community information sessions for those located within or near the new fifth corridor in NTx South. 

The purpose of these sessions is to provide those in corridor 5 with information about how the fifth corridor was identified, share what we have heard from the engagement to date and capture any additional feedback on the Draft What We Heard Report. 

Three drop-in sessions and one larger information session have been scheduled.  

Drop-in sessions provide space for one-on-one or small group conversations with project team members so you can speak directly with them, ask questions and learn more about the project in a more personalised setting. If you’d like to attend one of the drop-in sessions, please register by Monday 31 August 2026.

The information session will include a presentation from ElectraNet covering similar information as at the drop-in sessions in a more structured style, including project presentation, table discussions and a Q&A panel session. If you’d like to attend the information session, please register by Friday 4 September 2026

This is not the only opportunity you’ll have to speak with our team in person, with more events to be held as the project progresses, scheduled to avoid harvest and the New Year’s shutdown.
